List

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about using List — whether you're booking a service or listing one.

For Customers

Do I need an account to book?

No. You can book as a guest by providing your name and email. Creating an account lets you view your booking history, message providers, and save favourites.

How does payment work?

Payment is collected securely upfront at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card details are handled by our payment processor — List never stores your card information.

What happens after I pay?

You'll receive a booking confirmation email immediately. The provider is also notified. Just show up at the agreed time — everything else is handled.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set by each provider and shown on their service page before you book. If you need to cancel, message the provider directly through List. For urgent issues, contact us at hello@list.sg.

What if the provider cancels?

If a confirmed booking is cancelled by the provider, you're entitled to a full refund. Contact us at hello@list.sg with your booking reference and we'll sort it out promptly.

How do I leave a review?

After your session, you'll receive an option to leave a review from your bookings page. Reviews help other customers make informed decisions and reward great providers.

Is my personal data safe?

Yes. We handle your data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

For Providers

Is it really free to join?

Yes. There is no subscription fee, no setup fee, and no monthly charge. List takes 0% of your earnings — the only cost is the standard payment processing fee charged by our payment processor (not by us).

How do payouts work?

Earnings from completed bookings are transferred to your registered bank account on a weekly basis. You can track your pending and paid earnings from your provider dashboard.

What types of services can I list?

You can list appointments (one-on-one sessions), classes (group sessions with a set schedule), programs (multi-session packages), and passes (credits customers can use to book your sessions).

How do I set my availability?

From your provider dashboard, go to Availability to set your working hours and block out dates for vacations or personal time. Customers can only book within the windows you set.

Can I set my own cancellation policy?

Yes. You control your cancellation terms — these are shown to customers before they pay. You are responsible for honouring the terms you publish.

How do I handle no-shows?

If a customer doesn't show, the booking payment stays with you (subject to your cancellation policy). We recommend having a clear no-show policy on your service page.

Can I offer promo codes or discounts?

Yes. From your dashboard you can create promo codes with a fixed amount or percentage discount, set expiry dates, and limit usage.

What if I need to cancel a confirmed booking?

Contact the customer as soon as possible through the List messaging system. If you cancel a confirmed booking, the customer will receive a full refund. Repeated cancellations may affect your standing on the platform.

Will List ever charge a platform fee?

List currently takes 0% of your earnings. If that ever changes, we will give you clear advance notice before any new fee applies — no surprises.
