Provider Agreement

1. Independent Contractor Status

As a Lister on List, you are an independent contractor. You are not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of List in any capacity. Nothing in this agreement creates any employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and List. You retain full control over how, when, and where you deliver your services.

2. Your Responsibility for Services

You are solely and fully responsible for:

• The quality, safety, and delivery of all services you offer
• Ensuring your services comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Holding any professional licences, certifications, or permits required for your services
• The safety and wellbeing of your customers during service delivery
• Any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the services you provide

List is not liable for any outcomes, claims, or disputes arising from the services you provide.

3. Accuracy of Listings

You must ensure that all listing information — including descriptions, pricing, availability, location, and images — is accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. Misleading or false listings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension. List reserves the right to edit or remove any listing that we deem inaccurate or in violation of our policies.

4. Taxes and Insurance

You are solely responsible for:

• Declaring and paying all applicable taxes on income earned through the platform, including GST where applicable
• Obtaining and maintaining any insurance required for your services (e.g. professional indemnity, public liability)

List does not withhold taxes on your behalf and does not provide insurance coverage for your services.

5. Platform is Not Liable for Your Services

List provides a technology platform to connect you with customers. We are not a party to any service agreement between you and your customers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, List shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal costs) arising from services you provide, regardless of how the claim arises.

6. Conduct and Community Standards

You agree to treat all customers with respect and professionalism. Harassment, discrimination, fraudulent behaviour, or any conduct that harms the platform's reputation is strictly prohibited.

7. Content Moderation and Account Suspension

List reserves the right to remove any listing, restrict features, or suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated this Agreement, our Terms of Service, or any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies or that we deem inappropriate, unsafe, or misleading, at our sole discretion.

8. Payments and Fees

Earnings are disbursed to you after applicable platform fees are deducted. Payments are processed via Stripe. List is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues arising from your bank or Stripe. You agree to provide accurate banking and identity information for payout purposes.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Provider Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
