Terms of Service

1. Platform Role

List is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers ("Listers"). We provide the technology platform only. We do not employ, supervise, or control any service providers, and we do not deliver the services listed on the platform. All services are offered directly by independent Listers.

2. No Liability for Service Outcomes

List makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any service listed on the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, List shall not be liable for:

• Any damages, injuries, or losses arising from services provided by Listers
• The accuracy or completeness of any listing content
• Any disputes between customers and service providers
• Any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of the platform

Your use of the platform and any services booked through it is entirely at your own risk.

3. Independent Contractors

All service providers on List are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of List. List does not control how providers deliver their services, set their prices, or manage their schedules. Any contractual relationship for services is solely between the customer and the provider.

4. Payments

Payments on List are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. List does not store your full payment card details. We are not responsible for payment failures, errors, or disputes with Stripe or your financial institution.

5. Disputes

Any disputes regarding service quality, cancellations, or refunds are primarily the responsibility of the customer and the service provider to resolve directly. List may, at its sole discretion, assist in facilitating communication between parties, but is not obligated to do so and does not act as an arbitrator. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or withhold funds where fraud or policy violations are suspected.

6. User Content & Listings

Users and providers are solely responsible for the content they post on List, including listing descriptions, images, and pricing. List reserves the right to remove, modify, or restrict any listing or content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, applicable laws, or our community standards. We are not obligated to provide advance notice before removing content.

7. Account Termination

List reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, providers, or the platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, List's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of platform fees (if any) paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
